Access is an outpatient behavioral health clinic. We serve people of all communities and currently offer two locations in Boise and in Nampa. Our desire is to help improve the quality of daily life for our clients.

Desteni is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides affirming, solution-focused therapy for adults (18+). She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work (Advanced Standing) and maintains yearly continuing education to stay current with best practices. Desteni believes every person has the potential for change and growth when they’re ready, and she treats each client as the expert of their own life. Her priority is dignity, respect, and a collaborative therapeutic relationship.
Desteni’s approach blends Motivational Interviewing with elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Feminist Theory, and Family Systems Theory, tailoring care to each person’s learning style and goals. She frequently supports clients navigating major life transitions—living independently for the first time, divorce, grief and loss, retirement—and has extensive experience with mood disorders, anxiety, and ADHD. She also works with body image and body-positivity concerns. Desteni is proud to serve the LGBTQ+ community and always offers gender, sexuality, and identity-affirming care.
With 4.5 years of clinical experience, Desteni strives to create a space that is safe and inclusive for all, regardless of race, sexuality, identity, religion, or income—meeting clients with empathy, practical tools, and a clear path toward the changes they want.
