Community Based Rehabilitation Services (CBRS) is a home and community based program for adults and children in which participants learn specific skills that foster rehabilitation and recovery. Participants work one-on-one with a (CBR) worker to enhance skills needed to reduce the impact that the symptoms of mental illness have on their lives. Services are offered for both adults and children who are deemed appropriate for services through our assessment process. A plan is developed for CBRS during the assessment to enhance independence and successful community living. CBRS assists qualified participants in achieving their own goals and outcomes using a variety of techniques designed to obtain the best results for the participant.
We provide home and community based developmental therapy to children ages 3 to 17 and adults. Our developmental therapy program offers those living with developmental disabilities the opportunity to gain skills in their home and community. We offer qualified and knowledgeable staff who guide treatment, while allowing optimal independence.
Access’ goal is to provide comprehensive and individualized therapy while enriching the lives of the participants we serve.
