The SOAR program provides services to adults and children who are on Medicaid and who are unhoused or at risk of becoming unhoused. Certified SOAR specialists assist individuals with applying for Supplemental Security Income and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSI and SSDI). The specialists also provide assistance with navigating the Social Security system and with connecting to supportive community resources .
