
Access Behavioral Health’s Residential Habilitation is a 24-hour supported living program that allows individuals with mental health diagnosis and/or developmental disabilities to live autonomously in their homes while accompanied by staff. This person-centered program tailors to the needs, desires, and goals of its participants while upholding each clients’ rights. Residential Habilitation is a home and community-based service designed to assist participants live independently in their own homes and as independently in the community as possible.

This person-centered, home- and community-based program supports adults with a mental health diagnosis and/or developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
