Access Behavioral Health Services’ Community Based Rehabilitation Services (CBRS) is a home and community based program for adults and children in which participants learn specific skills that foster rehabilitation and recovery. Participants work one-on-one with a (CBRS) to enhance skills needed to reduce the impact that the symptoms of mental illness have on their lives. Services are offered for both adults and children who are deemed appropriate for services through our assessment process. A plan is developed for CBRS during the assessment to enhance independence and successful community living. CBRS assists qualified participants in achieving their own goals and outcomes using a variety of techniques designed to obtain the best results for the participant.
