Mental Health Therapist Access Behavioral Health Services — Boise Clinic
Jessica is a bilingual Mental Health Therapist who provides whole-person care in both English and Spanish. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from the College of Idaho and her Master of Social Work from Boise State University, where she also served as a Graduate Assistant in the Department of Social Work supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Jessica works primarily with adolescents, families, and underserved communities. Before joining Access Behavioral Health Services, she spent nearly three years providing community-based rehabilitation services to youth in the Treasure Valley, with a special focus on supporting neurodivergent, LGBTQ, and Latinx adolescents. She specializes in helping young people with ADHD and autism develop essential life skills, coping strategies, and social confidence, and she collaborates closely with families, schools, and community organizations to make sure each client is supported from every direction.
A first-generation college graduate from the small rural town of Notus, Idaho, Jessica discovered her love for social services early, volunteering alongside her grandparents at the Salvation Army. That upbringing shapes her care today: she believes healing starts with addressing the whole person — including essential needs like food, housing, transportation, and a safe environment — so that clients have a real foundation for lasting change. She brings a hopeful energy to her work and is driven by a simple, powerful desire to make the world better by caring for her neighbors.
When she isn’t working, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and being near rivers, lakes, and the ocean.
