Licensed Master Social Worker Access Behavioral Health Services — Boise Clinic

Alisha is a Licensed Master Social Worker who brings a depth of real-world experience to her work as a mental health counselor. Since earning her Master of Social Work in 2021, she has walked alongside clients in some of life’s hardest seasons — supporting individuals in addiction recovery, serving hospice patients and their families, and helping people rebuild their lives as they reenter the community. She is currently completing her supervised clinical hours toward LCSW licensure.

Much of Alisha’s career has been devoted to substance use treatment. She spent over four years as an addiction counselor, most recently at a residential recovery program, where she developed expertise in interventions, crisis intervention, and helping clients build the skills and stability that lasting recovery requires. Her time as a hospice social worker and reentry case manager deepened her skill in biopsychosocial assessment, case management, and meeting people with compassion wherever they are — whether facing grief, loss, or a fresh start.

That range of experience shapes how Alisha practices today: with steadiness, empathy, and a firm belief that no one is beyond help or hope. She creates a nonjudgmental space where clients can be honest about their struggles and work toward meaningful change, one step at a time.
