Psychiatric Medication Management
Our primary focus is psychiatric medication care. Licensed physicians and nurse practitioners provide comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and ongoing monitoring—including dose adjustments, side-effect management, and safety labs when indicated. You do not need to participate in other clinic services to access medication management. If you already work with a therapist elsewhere, we’re happy to coordinate.

What to expect

  1. Initial evaluation covering history, goals, and treatment options

  2. Personalized plan with medication education and shared decision-making

  3. Follow-up & monitoring for effectiveness, safety, and refills

  4. Care coordination with therapy, primary care, or community supports as needed

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) — limited offering
While our main service is psychiatric medication management, we provide limited MAT for opioid and alcohol use disorders when clinically appropriate. This may include:

  • Buprenorphine-naloxone (Suboxone®) or buprenorphine

  • Naltrexone, oral or extended-release (Vivitrol®)

MAT starts with an eligibility evaluation and includes routine monitoring and coordination with counseling or recovery supports. We do not dispense methadone onsite; if methadone is indicated, we coordinate with a certified OTP.
