Access is an outpatient behavioral health clinic. We serve people of all communities and currently offer two locations in Boise and in Nampa. Our desire is to help improve the quality of daily life for our clients.

Access Behavioral Health Services is a for profit agency that serves the public without regard to race, creed, age, national origin, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, veteran status or inability to pay. The owners have been in the field of human services for a combined 30+ years. At Access we pride ourselves on providing best-practice client-centered services.

Christina Walker is a highly experienced Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a career spanning over twenty years of dedicated service in the field of social work. Christina has developed a deep-seated passion for supporting individuals who have navigated the complexities of  trauma. Her specialized focus includes providing care for victims of child abuse, sexual assault, and domestic violence. By serving as a Christina has committed her professional life to guiding her clients through the journey of healing, personal growth, and long-term empowerment.

 

At the core of Christina’s therapeutic philosophy is a fundamental belief in the inherent worth and remarkable resilience of every human being. Her approach is designed to empower clients to recognize and embrace their own internal strengths, helping them to cultivate fulfilling lives that are no longer defined or restricted by past traumatic experiences. Through a partnership built on compassion and unwavering professional support, Christina works collaboratively with her clients to identify and achieve their specific mental and behavioral health goals.

 

In addition to her direct clinical work, Christina holds the role as the supervisor of the Domestic Violence Program at ABHS. In this capacity, she oversees and facilitates Domestic Violence Intervention Groups tailored for both male and female perpetrators, emphasizing accountability and change. Furthermore, she leads educational support groups specifically designed for victims, providing a safe space for learning, healing, and community connection.
