Robin White, LCSW
Robert
Born and raised in Boise, Idaho, I have been dedicated to helping others throughout my career. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Northwest Nazarene University in 2004 and my Master of Social Work from Walla Walla University in 2005.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe that healing begins with feeling heard, understood, and accepted. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered, creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals can explore life’s challenges without judgment.
I work with adolescents (11+) and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, family conflict, relationship concerns, and co-occurring mental health conditions. My clinical experience includes comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, individualized treatment planning, crisis intervention, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches. I strive to help clients build practical coping skills, increase resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
I value authenticity, cultural humility, advocacy, and strengths-based care. Every person has unique experiences and strengths, and I believe therapy should be tailored to meet each client’s individual goals and needs.
Whether you are navigating a difficult season, healing from past experiences, or seeking personal growth, I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater wellness and hope.
