Wraparound Services (WRAP)

Access Behavioral Health Services provides Wraparound Services for youth under
the age of 18 who are experiencing significant emotional, behavioral, or mental
health challenges. Our program utilizes Idaho’s High-Fidelity Wraparound model
to bring together families, providers, schools, and community supports in a
coordinated, team-based approach.

Through intensive care coordination, our Wraparound Care Coordinators work
alongside youth and families to identify strengths, develop individualized goals,
and create a plan that addresses their unique needs. We believe families are
the experts in their own lives and should play a central role in decision-making.

By coordinating services across multiple systems, Wraparound helps families
navigate challenges, access resources, build natural support networks, and
achieve positive outcomes at home, in school, and within the community.
