Access Behavioral Health Services recognizes that crisis situations do happen.  We offer several different crisis resolution and supportive services.  If you are having a medical emergency or are not safe contact 911 immediately.
For psychiatric crisis
CBRS:  For individuals who receive CBRS or CM 24 hour crisis assistance is available for psychiatric emergencies.  Please contact our crisis line at 208-713-9488 between the hours of 5pm and 8am Monday through Friday and all hours on weekends and holidays.
Optum Idaho will authorize crisis hours for us to assist you in crisis resolution.  Contact your Case Manager or CBRS specialist as soon as you can and we will coordinate services to assist you.  Utilize the crisis lines after hours, weekends, and holidays.  Please call our main numbers, 208-338-4699 for our Boise office or 208-465-4833 for our Nampa office, during business hours.
Clinic:  Our out patient behavioral Health clinic offers crisis services and assistance.
For new patients we offer same day or next day appointments with psychiatric nurse practitioners or counselors.  Simply call our office and let the person answering the phone know you are having a psychiatric emergency and need to be seen or an emergency basis.
Outside of normal business hours established patients in our clinic having a psychiatric crisis can contact our clinic crisis line at 208-297-9273.  Routine medication refills can Not be filled afterhours.
