About Us

Access is an outpatient behavioral health clinic. We serve people of all communities and currently offer two locations in Boise and in Nampa. Our desire is to help improve the quality of daily life for our clients.

Access Behavioral Health Services is a for profit agency that serves the public without regard to race, creed, age, national origin, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, veteran status or inability to pay. The owners have been in the field of human services for a combined 30+ years. At Access we pride ourselves on providing best-practice client-centered services.

Nurse Practitioner ABHS Boise/NampaMental Health Clinic
Sarah Trued, MSN, PMHNP is board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boise State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama. She previously worked in Labor and Delivery for 9 years at Saint Alphonsus, but wanted to make a career change so she could develop a relationship with her patients over years and make a positive impact on their lives long term.  She provides medication management and enjoys helping patients with a variety of psychiatric conditions.  She practices out of Access’ Nampa office.
