Access Behavioral Health Services’ Community Based Rehabilitation Service (CBRS) Program is a home and community based program that provides treatment to adults and children with a psychosocial disability. We provide professional treatment, interventions and support to maximize each participants independence, satisfaction and quality of life.
Each participant will work directly with our staff to identify their personal treatment preferences, needs and recovery goals. Access’ professional staff will collaborate with each participant to identify and determine their existing strengths, resources and abilities in reaching their goals.
Participants will work one-on-one with a CBRS specialist who will assist them in developing additional skills and capabilities to reach their goals through the use of evidence-based treatments and interventions specific to each goal. CBRS will help prevent and manage crisis by assisting participants in developing coping skills and natural supports in the community.
